BRE365 Test

Ground Force Group carries out BRE 365 infiltration testing, also known as soakaway testing, in accordance with BRE Digest 365 guidance. We measure soil infiltration rates and can check groundwater levels and soil conditions to help assess whether a site is suitable for soakaway drainage and provide your drainage engineer with site-specific data for surface water drainage design. You’ll receive a comprehensive report within 24 hours of testing being completed.

Percolation Test

Ground Force Group carries out foul water percolation testing in accordance with Approved Document H guidance to assess whether the soil is suitable for a drainage field serving a septic tank or wastewater treatment system. We calculate the Vp percolation value in seconds per millimetre to inform drainage field design and provide a comprehensive report within 24 hours of completing the tests.

24 Hour reports

Within 24 hours of completing BRE 365 infiltration testing or foul water percolation testing, Ground Force Group will provide a comprehensive report detailing the test results, relevant calculations—including infiltration rates or Vp values—and any groundwater levels and soil conditions recorded.
